9:00am-2:00pm (Mon-Fri)

QPS Employment Group has a great Customer Service/Data Entry position available at a company in Monroe, WI. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service and data entry skills within the food and beverage industry. The role involves engaging with customers through multiple communication channels and ensuring accurate order processing in a dynamic environment.

Customer Service/Data Entry Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
  • Receive customer orders via phone, email, or screenshots and accurately input them into the Canopy system.
  • Work within an ERP system, demonstrating proficiency or willingness to learn.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Support workflow during scheduled hours of 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling under 30 hours weekly.
  • Adapt schedule if necessary to meet business needs during the project duration.
Customer Service/Data Entry Requirements:

- No minimum experience required; open to candidates with customer service, data entry, or recent college graduate experience.

- Ability to work on-site with physical presence, lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.

- Basic proficiency with ERP or willingness to learn.

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

- Comfortable working less than 30 hours per week, primarily in the mornings.
