Job description

Position: Data Entry Clerks
Work Location: Piscataway, NJ 08854
Payrate: $19.50/hr
Duration: 3+ Months Temp to hire
Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am. However, the first 4-6 weeks they would train on the days.
 
Job Description:
  • Manages flow of orders to be picked
  • Performs data entry in our computer system and on spreadsheets
  • Rectifies count discrepancies
  • Assigns tags/orders
  • Review E-comm shipments and post inventory in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Support office staff with other admin tasks such as receipts, shipments, and audit
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
  • Ability to type 30 wpm accurately with minimal errors
  • Must be able to process alpha/numeric information
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, multi-task, and priority
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • One (1) year of data entry clerk experience preferred
  • Warehouse related experience a plus
  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate in English (read & write)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Detail oriented
  • System savvy with high data-entry output
  • Mathematical aptitude
