Job description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with data entry to join a local manufacturing company in the Horicon, WI area for a direct hire.


Target Pay: #20-25/HR


Description:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -

Review customer purchase orders with a high level of attention to detail and provide professional communication to our customers regarding any concerns. Purchase orders are primarily received via email and EDI. – Manage or escalate any concerns and ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers’ concerns. - Work with current ERP (Infor Cloud suite) system, customer service team members and production on any customer change requests or complaints. - Partner with sales, quoting, engineering, quality and production to ensure that we meet and exceed customers’ service expectations. - Work with production on shipping dates and assist in scheduling outside trucking per customer requests. - Maintain accurate customer records. - Prepare picking / bill of ladings for shipments to customers and coordinate select ground shipments with carriers. - Support the sales team with customer interactions. - Assist the sales team with new customer interactions and acquisitions as needed. - Perform similar or incidental work as needed.

Knowledge, and Abilities: - Professional with telephone and email communication. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Demonstrate ability to use Microsoft Office. - Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills; both verbal and written. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities at once with a positive attitude. - Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using team communication, effective problem-solving skills and decision making.


Education and Experience: - At least 1 year of customer service experience. Ideally in a custom product manufacturing company. - High School Diploma Required.

Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. - Short periods of walking with the ability to navigate the production floor. - Occasional travel may be requested. - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
