REPORTS TO: Customer Service Lead/ FW Materials Manager
DEPT: Customer Service
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an accurate and detail-oriented Customer Service Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be the backbone of our database, ensuring customer records are up-to-date while providing friendly, efficient support to client inquiries. The ideal candidate possesses a quick and accurate typing speed, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to data confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Input, update, and maintain customer account information and records into company software and databases.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Verification: Review data for errors, correct discrepancies, and cross-reference information against source documents before finalizing entries.
  • Order & Request Processing: Process Purchase Orders, Purchase Releases, Trial orders and all other customer order related documentation.
  • File Organization: Scan, organize, and store physical and digital source documents in compliance with data privacy policies.

Requirements
