We're hiring for a remote role supporting patients and clinical staff. In this position, you'll serve as a key point of contact and data steward - making outbound calls, gathering inventory information, and accurately updating records in Salesforce and other internal systems.

This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone, and enjoys a mix of communication and precise data work. Ideal candidates have healthcare customer service or call center experience, strong typing/data entry accuracy, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update customer/patient data in Salesforce and other internal systems
