Job Summary 

The Operations & Planning Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling the effectiveness and execution of the Growth & Policy organization. This position drives operational structure—through processes, tools, and planning—while also providing seamless coordination and support to the Chief Growth & Policy Officer. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is energized by bringing organization, clarity, and discipline to complex work. 

Key Responsibilities 

Operations & Planning 

  • Build, document, and standardize processes, workflows, and team operating rhythms 

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and centralized documentation (e.g., SharePoint) 

  • Support budget tracking, reporting, and resource planning activities 

  • Maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and planning tools 

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, timelines, and deliverables 

  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement 

Executive Coordination 

  • Manage scheduling, calendar alignment, and prioritization of commitments for the Chief Growth & Policy Officer 

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups 

  • Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and leadership updates 

  • Track action items and ensure follow-through across stakeholders 

  • Support travel and logistical coordination as needed 

Project & Stakeholder Coordination 

  • Track progress, dependencies, and risks across key initiatives 

  • Facilitate alignment across teams and functions 

  • Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure clarity on priorities and deliverables 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, coordination, project support, or executive support 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 

  • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional work 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of Experience supporting senior leaders (VP+ or C-suite) 

  • Experience building processes or operational infrastructure from scratch 

  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar tools 

  • Project management experience 

Key Skills 

  • Strong organizational and execution skills 

  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments 

  • High attention to detail and follow-through 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination
