Job description

Summary:
Rees Scientific is seeking a Temporary Operations Planning Manager with experience in procurement, order entry, operations planning, inventory coordination, and cross-functional support. This role will support operational planning activities and administrative functions while assisting with inventory, forecasting, and coordination across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support procurement, order entry, and operational planning activities
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Project Management, and Field Service teams
• Assist with inventory planning and reporting
• Support forecasting, scheduling, and administrative functions
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational updates as needed

Qualifications:
• Experience in procurement, operations, supply chain, or planning support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• ERP system experience preferred, including NetSuite or similar systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools


This is a full-time temporary assignment expected to run through October, with the potential for extension into February.
