Position: Planning Coordinator

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $27.05/hr

The Export Planner supports DHL Supply Chain's international operations by coordinating end-to-end export logistics to ensure compliant, efficient, and on?time delivery for global customers. This role manages export documentation, schedules freight with approved carriers and forwarders, and maintains shipment visibility using DHL systems and customer platforms. The Export Planner partners closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Transportation teams to meet service-level expectations, resolve delays, and uphold all DHL and regulatory standards related to global trade compliance. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering the world?class service DHL is known for.

Role Purpose:

Provides to the customer product, service and transit information while processing orders and resolving any product and service issues. Acts as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution; under close supervision, may tender to carriers as part of resolution process.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Records and maintains account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Six months to one year customer service experience, preferred
  • Six months to one year data entry experience, preferred
  • Six months to one year experience generating reports, preferred
  • Six months to one year database experie
