Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Agency Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates with our clients while building strong relationships with both job seekers and employers.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
  • Match qualified candidates with client job openings.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Meet recruiting goals and placement targets.
  • Assist with onboarding and employment documentation.
  • Follow company policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or HR experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
