Location: Toledo, OH
Schedule: On-Call (Evenings, Weekends, Holidays)

Do you have home care experience and a heart for helping others?
Arista Home Care Solutions is seeking a dependable On-Call Scheduler to ensure smooth evening and weekend operations for our home care team.

You’ll serve as the main contact for staff and clients after hours, filling open shifts, monitoring caregiver arrivals, and providing exceptional customer service. A company laptop is provided to manage schedules remotely.

What the On-Call Scheduler will Do
  • Answer calls from clients and caregivers during non-business hours

  • Fill open shifts and monitor staffing coverage

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with families and staff

  • Resolve scheduling issues quickly and accurately

  • Attend occasional meetings and trainings

Caregiver Responsibility:

· Your position may require you to fill in for caregivers in emergency situations.

· Responsible for On-Call coverage every other week/weekend, alternating with the other administrative staff.

Qualification Requirements

  • Home care or healthcare scheduling experience required

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills

  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

  • Multiline phone experience preferred

  • Previous experience in Doctor's office or scheduling preferred

  • Medical assistant experience preferred

  • Must live in the Toledo area

  • CPR certification required

  • High School Diploma required

  • Associates Degree Preferred
