Home Care Scheduler / Care Coordinator - Warrington, PA
Compensation: $47,000 - $55,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday office position with participation in an on-call rotation.
Griswold Home Care is seeking an experienced Home Care Scheduler / Care Coordinator to join our Bucks County office. In this full-time role, you will coordinate caregiver schedules, match caregivers with clients, support home care operations, conduct client assessments, and help ensure exceptional service for seniors and families throughout Bucks County. What You'll Do
In this vital office-based role, you will:
  • Match caregivers with clients to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and care staff.
  • Conduct retention visits to support smooth client-caregiver transitions.
  • Manage billing and payroll processes on a weekly basis.
  • Perform client assessments to understand individual care needs.
  • Support our diverse client and caregiver base with professionalism and empathy.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.
