Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter based in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role, the Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for healthcare positions. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with candidates and clients, utilizing various platforms for recruitment, fostering a positive candidate experience, and maintaining effective communication with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
  • Proficiency in Hiring strategies and techniques
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
