Our ideal candidate has the ability to build rapport with patients, health care providers, and insurance companies in a compassionate and efficient manner over the phone. The perfect candidate enjoys collaborating with a team of passionate individuals in a dynamic office environment and loves learning new things in a fast-paced, ever-evolving company.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service over the phone
  • Coordination of ambulance transportation for multiple facilities
  • Obtain insurance information, verifications & authorizations
  • Utilize a CAD system
  • Basic data entry
  • Scan/upload documentations onto CAD system
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service or related experience in a medical environment
  • Familiarity with insurance verifications and authorizations
  • Ability to work alongside team members in a high call volume setting
  • Detail-oriented
  • Computer savvy: individual with proven software proficiency in software programs such as Excel.
  • Personable, warm, empathetic, and professional in communication style over the phone
