We are currently looking for a Patient Care Scheduler to support our Grand Rapids location by managing incoming calls, scheduling patients, and helping create a smooth and welcoming patient experience.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
  • Help maintain a full and productive schedule for providers
  • Support the front desk team as needed (check-in/check-out, patient flow, etc.)
  • Assist with basic insurance responsibilities and patient information updates
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent Robinson Dental with professionalism and kindness
