needs to hire an Office Assistant for our busy dealership. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, enthusiastic, dedicated person who is analytical, has good research skills, can multi-task, and pay great attention to detail. This position will be trained to learn and understand the various processes of the Automotive Dealership Office and be a strong backup for Management. As responsibility increases, pay will be adjusted. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities – Office Assistant:

  • General office work including filing and billing.
  • Data entry.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements – Office Assistant:

  • Must have professional phone skills
  • Must be a team player and work well with others
  • Experience is preferred but we will train the right person
  • Must have computer proficiency
  • Must have great research skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic required
