Transnetyx Tissue is looking for an organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys balancing customer service, operations, shipping, and administrative support.
As our Office Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting customers, coordinating orders, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of meaningful scientific work.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Process and schedule customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Create estimates, invoices, shipping labels, and sales orders
  • Coordinate daily order communication with laboratory staff
  • Package and prepare domestic and international shipments
  • Assist with inventory, purchasing, and receiving deliveries
  • Support office operations, supplies, and facility coordination
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure excellent customer experience
