Job description

Position: Elementary Office Secretary


Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED


Primary Purpose: To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the elementary school office.


Experience: Two years’ secretarial experience, preferably in a public education environment.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls

• Preparing payroll to submit to Administration office

• Ordering Supplies

• Gathers all ECA & fundraiser money

• Reconcile Elementary ECA Funds

• Prepares field trip checks when needed

• Greet visitors and issue visitor pass when required

• Performs a variety of clerical duties

• Other duties as assigned by the Principal/Assistant Principal


Salary: Based upon experience and qualifications


Hours: 7:30 am - 3:15 pm


Contract: 200 Days
