One common challenge is maintaining sufficient time for mentoring staff and addressing patient concerns amidst administrative demands. Effective delegation, strong organizational skills, and open communication with both the nursing team and hospital leadership are crucial to successfully managing these competing priorities. Many Nurse Managers find that building a supportive team and fostering a collaborative work environment help ease these challenges.
