Job description

National Account Administrator
The National Account Administrator (NAA) role is vital in supporting our Sales team. From contract details and process alignment to system and admin support, this role involves a combination of administrative tasks, coordination, and creating/maintaining sales efficiencies. The NAA role supports and collaborates closely with our National Account Executives (NAEs) and other internal departments to streamline workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update accurate client details and information within Salesforce
  • Coordinate meetings, tradeshows, and travel arrangements
  • Log receipts for NAEs
  • Manage customer portals
  • Track and follow-up with Accounts Receivable on invoicing
  • Create, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and other external parties
  • Support VP and Director with administration duties and other special projects
  • Increase capacity of NAEteam by taking initiative to take tasks off their plate
  • Assist National ProgramOperations team with estimating and production tasks

Education / Knowledge / Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with sales reports, dashboards, and spreadsheet
  • Attention to detail
