Job description

Duties * You will establish the strategic vision for the Enterprise Services Branch, proactively aligning with NSWC Dahlgren Division's mission and objectives. * You will lead diverse teams, to include: DevSecOps (GOTs), Enterprise Services (ITSM Solutions), FlankSpeed (Collaboration and Automation Tools), and Enterprise Application. * You will foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the branch and across other departments at NSWCDD.

* You will champion a continuous improvement mindset, encouraging experimentation and adoption of new technologies. * You will manage budgetary and personnel resources effectively to support the branch's strategic objectives and operational needs. * You will ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and industry best practices for all enterprise services and applications.

* MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance. * Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test.

You will be subject to random testing. * You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment polygraph examination. * This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 801 (Program Manager), proficiency level Advanced.

You will be required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies. * This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

* Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-5 pay band (GS-13 and GS-14 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing management oversight of an organization's information technology infrastructure or systems to ensure that strategic information technology polices and plans are aligned with business requirements. Examples of qualifying experience may include: Applying knowledge of DoD/DoN RDT&E networks, labs, and principles (e.g., DREN, RDTE, SDREN, JMN, and JIOR); Applying knowledge of US Navy Combat and Weapon System of Systems (e.g., AEGIS, SSDS, MK160, and SPY); Applying knowledge of DoD, DON and NAVSEA mission and organizational structure. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
