Job Summary:
The Materials Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all material transfers to the
production floor. They will achieve this by measuring and distributing ingredients and
components to all production teams per the daily recipes after QC checks verify. They will be
responsible for tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the assigned facility and
coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure ingredients are picked/ restocked for the next
day/shift. Essential Oil blending will be done by the Materials Coordinator. This position requires
a team player, being detail oriented, organized, and an overall servant attitude.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the measurement and distribution of ingredients and components to each
    production team twice daily
  • Ensures that ingredients follow the Rowe Casa recipes and are inspected by the Quality
    department
  • Counts and monitors required/set levels of all ingredients at the assigned facility
  • Coordinates with the Procurement and Receiving team to make sure all
    materials/ingredients are stocked for next days production in a timely manner
  • Verifies and communicates pick list quantities to warehouse team
  • Assist the production team when additional ingredients are needed throughout the day
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Note trends they see in material movements and work to increase efficiencies
  • Blends and maintains Essential Oils as needed
  • Performs all other duties and projects as assigned
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to accurately measure and organize ingredients

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative duties
  • Minimum of 2 years of production or inventory experience


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
