Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Materials Clerk opportunities in Harlingen, TX. Responsibilities for a Materials Clerk include but are not limited to:

• Accurately process high-volume inventory data, documents, and cycle count reporting using Oracle MRP and SAP systems.

• Perform high-volume data entry, scanning, indexing, and proofing of warehouse and inventory information.

• Collaborate with department team members and cross-functional teams to prepare inventory reports and support daily plant operations.

Candidates for Materials Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle MRP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel).

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as reaching, stretching, and standing in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or data entry experience preferred (SAP MRP experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus).

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 / hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Occasional weekends as needed)

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
