About the Role

Our client is hiring a Materials Clerk to support inventory and warehouse operations at a manufacturing facility in Harlingen, TX. This is not a desk job. It's a hands-on role that splits time between computer-based data work in Oracle and SAP and physical warehouse activity — picking, moving, receiving, and counting inventory. If you're looking for a purely administrative or data-entry position, this isn't it; if you want a role that keeps you moving and puts your inventory systems knowledge to real use on the floor, this is a strong fit.

A Typical Day

Start by coordinating priorities with the team in Mexico, review the day's priorities, then head out to the warehouse to support the materials clerk team — picking, moving, and counting inventory throughout the shift.

What You'll Do

• Move, receive, pick, and count material in the warehouse — this is physical, on-your-feet work for a meaningful part of the day
• Use Oracle and SAP for cycle count reporting, inventory data entry, and cost rolls
• Accurately enter and proof high-volume inventory, warehouse, and related data
• Coordinate with cross-border partner facilities to align daily priorities
• Prepare reports and support other departments as needed
• Work within an industrial manufacturing environment (PPE required: safety glasses, ear plugs, ANSI-approved footwear)

What You Need

• Comfortable with hands-on physical work: lifting up to 35 lbs, plus bending, reaching, and climbing to access and assess inventory
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience with Oracle MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) or SAP MRP

Nice to Have

• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or materials-handling experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
