Won't you join us?Responsibilities:- Enter customer weekly releases into SAP - Create all customer pulls on a daily basis - Create and maintain ship schedule daily - Distribute all customer orders to scheduling and shipping on a daily basis - Filing of all shipping documents - Assist customer service with customer e-mails to obtain information on releases and pulls and customer freight information, etc. - Reviewing sales orders with CSRs to determine carryovers, past dues to customer - Reviewing open order and open delivery reports to close orders with minimal quantities (1 thru 50 lys) - Back up for billing scrap orders - Work on special projects/assignments ad needed - Follow safety protocols. - Communicates with supervisor when non-conforming product. - Stops production to correct quality problems. - Environmental aspect and impact awareness. - Report any inconsistency or nonconformance on the product and participate in the corrective/preventive actions process Qualifiations: - Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, professional writing, English proficiency preferred - Shipping
