Beacon Hospice is seeking Administrative Volunteers to assist our hospice team with important office and organizational tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, helping others, and supporting meaningful work in a professional setting.

đź’™ What Does a Hospice Administrative Volunteer Do?

Administrative Volunteers may assist with:

    • Answering phones and greeting visitors
    • Filing, organizing, and preparing paperwork
    • Assembling admission packets, mailings, or volunteer materials
    • Data entry or light clerical tasks
    • Supporting hospice staff with special projects

All tasks are non‑clinical and help ensure our care teams can focus on patients and families.
