MDRs typically focus on outbound prospecting, researching potential clients, and initiating first contact through calls, emails, or social media. Their goal is to generate interest and set up meetings between potential customers and the sales team. By nurturing leads and gathering key information, MDRs help expand the company’s market reach and drive revenue growth.

Job description

Description:

Personal Injury Legal Market | Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time

Help Build a New Category in Injury Assessment

SpineCAMP® is an FDA-cleared, AI-powered motion analysis platform that transforms spinal flexion-extension radiographs into objective, reproducible measurements of spinal motion and impairment. We're bringing hard biomechanical evidence to personal injury and medico-legal decisions—where subjective assessments have long been the norm.

We're looking for a commercially driven leader to define and grow this emerging market. If you understand the personal injury claims ecosystem, have the relationships to open executive-level doors, and thrive on building something from the ground up, we'd love to talk with you.

Why This Role Is Different
  • Build a market—not just manage a territory. There is no inherited playbook. You'll help create the strategy, messaging, and partnerships that define this category.
  • Influence company strategy. Work directly with executive leadership to shape our commercial approach while personally securing key strategic partnerships.
  • Make a measurable impact. Help transform how injury severity, causation, and impairment are evaluated across the personal injury and claims landscape.
  • Join at the right time. This is an opportunity to have an outsized impact at a growing company with innovative technology and significant market potential.
What You'll Do
  • Develop strategic relationships with property & casualty insurance carriers, TPAs, independent diagnostic testing facilities (IDTFs), independent medical examination (IME) providers, claims technology companies, plaintiff and defense law firms, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify, negotiate, and launch pilot programs that lead to long-term enterprise partnerships.
  • Build referral networks and strategic distribution channels that accelerate adoption.
  • Represent SpineCAMP at industry conferences, speaking engagements, customer meetings, and professional organizations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, product, and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategy based on market feedback.
  • Monitor competitive trends and identify new commercial opportunities within the personal injury and medico-legal markets.
Requirements:What We're Looking For

You are an entrepreneurial business development leader who enjoys creating new markets and selling innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-15+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or market development.
  • Experience within one or more of the following:
    • Property & Casualty insurance
    • Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
    • Medical management
    • Medico-legal services
    • Personal injury litigation
    • Claims technology
  • Strong understanding of the bodily injury claims lifecycle, including claim evaluation, reserving, causation, compensability, IMEs, utilization review, and impairment ratings under the AMA Guides.
  • Demonstrated success building executive-level relationships and closing complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend conferences, and support strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with claims executives, medical directors, TPA leadership, risk managers, plaintiff attorneys, or defense firms.
  • Experience introducing disruptive or category-defining healthcare, medical device, diagnostic, or SaaS solutions.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary plus an uncapped performance-based incentive plan aligned with your experience and success.
  • Remote position based in the United States.
  • Travel opportunities to engage with clients, strategic partners, and industry events.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • The opportunity to play a foundational role in defining an entirely new market category while working alongside an experienced executive team.
Ready to Build the Category?

If you're excited by the opportunity to introduce groundbreaking technology to the personal injury and claims industry and want to help define the future of objective injury assessment, we'd love to hear from you.
