Job description

About OptiSigns

OptiSigns is a leading digital signage software company. Our platform turns any screen into digital signage - 210,000+ screens for 35,000+ organizations across 103+ countries, with 140+ app integrations and a 4.8-star rating on Capterra.

We're hiring VP of Sales to build the sales organization from the ground up. Today our growth is powered by a strong self-serve and inbound engine. Your job is to build the layer on top of it: outbound, mid-market/enterprise, and channel.

What you'll do

- Own the new-business sales number: new logo bookings and new ARR

- Sell hands-on: run discovery, demos, and closes on enterprise deals

- Build the playbook: ICP, segmentation, outbound motion, sales process, pricing/discount guardrails, and handoffs to Customer Success

- Hire and coach the team: recruit AEs/SDRs, set quotas and comp plans, run pipeline reviews and deal coaching

- Grow the channel: partner with our channel lead to scale resellers, MSPs, and integration partners

- Convert self-serve to sales-led: build the motion that identifies and expands high-potential accounts from our existing customer base

- Run the numbers: own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and sales KPIs; report on a monthly scorecard cadence with clear MBOs

- Work the roadmap: feed customer and competitive intelligence to product and marketing

Requirements

- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years leading a sales team

- Experience building - not just running - a sales function: you've written the first playbook, made the first hires, and stood up process from scratch

- High-velocity SaaS background: transactional/mid-market deal cycles at meaningful volume, not only large enterprise

- Channel or partner sales experience (resellers, MSPs, integrators)

- Strong command of pipeline math, forecasting, and CRM discipline

- Hands-on operator comfortable in a lean, fast-moving, founder-led company

Preferred

- Digital signage, AV/IT hardware-adjacent, or workplace-tech industry experience

Benefits

- Competitive base salary + commission

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance

- Unlimited Flexible Time Off

- 401K
