As Digital Marketing Specialist, the successful candidate will be a versatile team member skilled in various aspects of digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content marketing, and SEO. This role demands a proactive individual who can juggle multiple responsibilities, from campaign execution to performance analysis, while maintaining a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the organization's digital presence, driving engagement, and ensuring seamless integration of digital marketing efforts across platforms. This is an onsite role.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and Optimize Content Marketing Efforts:
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia assets.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, utilizing keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring.
  • Maintain and update website content to improve search rankings and user experience.
  • Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Develop compelling email and SMS content for targeted campaigns.

Enhance SEO and Website Performance:
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify technical and on-page SEO opportunities.
  • Work closely with developers to implement SEO best practices and resolve technical issues.
  • Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other key SEO metrics.
  • Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and visibility.

Leverage Social Media Channels:

Manage and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
EDUCATION/EXPERTISE:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing platforms.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and SEO software (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
