Job description

Description
Reco is seeking an experienced and results-driven BDR Manager to lead and expand our US Business Development Representative (BDR) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving pipeline generation, optimizing sales processes, and fostering a high-performing team within Reco's fast-paced, innovative SaaS security environment. You will leverage your expertise in sales leadership, analytics, and modern sales technologies, including AI and automation, to help Reco achieve and exceed its growth objectives.
This role is 3 days on-site in Dallas.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a high-performing BDR team focused on generating qualified pipeline across the US market
  • Coach, develop, and mentor BDRs to elevate prospecting, qualification, and communication performance
  • Own BDR performance metrics, reporting, and dashboards to drive data-informed decision-making
  • Design and deliver a structured onboarding program to rapidly ramp new hires on Reco's product, market, and sales methodology
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to align on campaigns, messaging, and demand generation strategy
  • Lead a precision account-based outbound strategy by engaging targeted buying personas-including CISOs, Heads of Security, IT, GRC, and other key decision-makers-using AI-generated account intelligence, buying signals, and persona-specific messaging.
  • Ensure Sales Accepted Opportunities meet quality and volume targets to maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline
  • Implement AI-powered tools and automation to increase efficiency and personalize outreach at scale
  • Continuously refine playbooks, processes, and technology to improve BDR productivity and impact
  • Execute a precision account-based prospecting strategy by targeting the highest-priority decision makers within each account using AI-driven account intelligence and buying signals.
  • Ensure BDRs consistently execute against prioritized account and persona recommendations, delivering highly personalized outreach rather than broad, high-volume prospecting.
  • Drive adoption of AI-generated account research, buying committee recommendations, and Salesforce workflows to improve engagement, pipeline quality, and conversion rates.

Requirements
  • Proven experience successfully managing and growing a sales development or inside sales team, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • A strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive performance improvements and strategic decisions
  • Coaching, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management
  • Experience or strong understanding of implementing AI and automation solutions to enhance sales development activities (e.g., AI-driven lead scoring, automated sequencing, conversational AI)
