This is a straight-commission role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable developing new business, and wants their income tied directly to the revenue they generate.

What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with referral partners including property managers, plumbers, HVAC companies, insurance agents, real estate professionals, facility managers, HOAs, churches, and other organizations

  • Enjoys meeting people and developing genuine business relationships
  • Is persistent and disciplined with prospecting and follow-up
  • Is comfortable walking into businesses, making calls, attending events, and asking for business
  • Understands that successful business development is built through consistent activity over time
  • Has strong knowledge of the East Texas market or existing local relationships
Compensation
  • 100% commission — no base salary
  • Uncapped tiered commission on qualifying incremental revenue
  • 10% on the first $1M, 6% from $1M–$5M, and 3% above $5M
  • Continue earning commission on qualifying revenue from the accounts and relationships you develop while actively managing those relationships
  • Approved business development and networking expenses may be provided
  • This is a true uncapped opportunity: Generate $1M in qualifying incremental revenue and earn $100,000. Generate $3M and earn $220,000. Generate $5M and earn $340,000.

Territory: Tyler, Longview, and surrounding East Texas communities

If you're well-connected, hungry to build something, and confident in your ability to turn relationships into revenue, we'd like to talk.
