Job Summary:
The Restoration Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the restoration industry. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restoration industry, including residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, contractors, and other referral sources.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the restoration, construction, or insurance industries.
  • Strong understanding of the restoration industry, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration.
