We're looking for a Recruiter to help build the teams that power our food manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll recruit skilled technical hourly employees and frontline leaders across multiple plant locations, partnering closely with hiring managers to meet critical staffing needs. You'll be part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team focused on delivering exceptional hiring results, enhancing recruitment processes, and creating a positive candidate experience. What You Will Do:
Full cycle recruiting for skilled hourly roles across several manufacturing locations. (electricians, maintenance & refrigeration technicians, and food safety) plus supervisors and other plant exempt roles as needed.
Effectively develop partnerships with hiring managers and local HR team members to understand business and recruitment needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to fill technical roles, using tools like Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter, trade schools, employee referrals, job fairs and more.
Conduct virtual and onsite interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
Analyze recruitment process and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.
Create reports and documents recruitment activity and effectiveness.

3+ years of recruiting experience in a performance driven culture, manufacturing recruiting a plus
CURIOSITY! A natural drive to keep asking questions and seeking ways to improve the recruiting process
Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage 30+ requisitions.
Strong knowledge in building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $99,000 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
