Theย EUCย Transitionย Program Managerย will leadย end-to-endย End User Computingย (EUC) serviceย transitions, ensuring seamless transfer of people, processes, tools, and knowledge into a new operatingย model. The role is accountable for transition planning, execution, governance, and stabilization whileย maintaining service continuity and business confidence.

Key Responsibilities

๏‚ท Leadย EUCย transitionย programsย covering Service Desk, Desktop/Laptop Support, Field Services,ย IMACD, and endpoint environments

๏‚ท Develop and manage transition plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies

๏‚ท Drive knowledge transfer, documentation validation, and operational readiness

๏‚ท Manage rebadge/rehire transition scenarios to ensure continuity of skills and services

๏‚ท Establish transition governance, reporting, and executive communication

๏‚ท Identify, track, and mitigate transition risks and issues

๏‚ท Coordinate across vendors, security, and operations teams

๏‚ท Lead hyper care and stabilization, ensuring smooth handover to steady-state delivery
