Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking an End User Support Engineer to provide fast and useful technical assistance to end users at their customer site. This role involves managing day-to-day operations to deliver high-quality end-user IT services and ensuring constant improvement in support and performance.
Responsibilities:
• Part of the strategy to deliver an outstanding EUC services, client is looking for Onsite Support Engineer, based at Lonza US, to provide fast and useful technical assistance to end users.
• Fully integrated in our IT support organization, this person will be in charge for day-to-day operations to deliver high quality end-user IT services at customer site and ensures constant improvement of support, performance and end-user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4-6 years of experience in Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS)
• Ability to provide fast and useful technical assistance to end users
