Job description

Do you want to lead design of Amazon's last mile business product strategy? Are you looking for a high-impact, global role where you can use your product management expertise to transform a critical part of Amazon's business? The Global Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic initiative reshaping our global last mile delivery operations.
At Amazon, we're constantly reinventing the customer experience, including how we fulfill and deliver orders. A key part of this is our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, which empowers small businesses to build their own delivery companies using Amazon's proven logistics technology and processes. These DSP partners form the backbone of our last mile delivery network across 20+ international geographies, allowing us to provide a fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery experience for our customers.
In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for expanding DSP deliveries to Hub Delivery Partners. Hub Delivery is a sister Last Mile delivery channel that leverages existing stores and other small businesses to deliver packages to customers. You will be responsible for identifying the strategy for expanding the for how DSPs deliver packages to these Hub Delivery Partners globally, including developing the pricing strategy, understanding the DSP experience, and developing the integration roadmap. Leveraging your strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, you will lead end-to-end product development in this space, from ideation to launch, for innovative last mile delivery solutions. Collaborating cross-functionally with tech, program, operations, and other teams, you will bring these new products and features to life. You will also be called upon to communicate product strategies and recommendations effectively to senior leadership, driving critical business decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience, and a proven track record of driving product strategy and effectively weighing product tradeoffs. You should thrive in a highly analytical, customer-centric environment and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. This role requires a high level of business judgement as we drive multiple critical one-way door decisions with senior leadership. A background in strategy, finance, supply chain, or logistics is a plus. Our organization is based in the US, but we drive global operations across 20+ countries. Domestic and international travel will be required 10-20% of the time.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- MBA
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience with financial and statistical modeling

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
