DSP Shift Lead, providing Direct Care, and overseeing Support Staff in the home for clients with disabilities (intellectual or behavioral) Being a Behavioral Support Supervisor is one of our most valueable roles here at Golden Heart.
Golden Heart is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to provide direct care and support daily operations in a home-like setting. This role blends hands-on caregiving with staff leadership and administrative responsibilities. If you have your Med Manager, CMA, or CNA please let us know in the interview!   • Address client/staff concerns and ensure a safe environment
  • Participate in care planning (ISP reviews) and team meetings
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years DSP experience + 3–5 years administrative/leadership experience 
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a group home setting
  • Physically able to assist with client care tasks
