This is a rare seat. You'll own the enterprise territory across Wisconsin and Illinois, lead a team of tenured Major Account Executives, and carry the strategic weight of our most consequential client relationships.

  • Leadership and development of a seasoned enterprise sales team
  • C-suite and executive relationships with the region's most important organizations
  • Cross-sell strategy across Managed Print Services, Software Automation Solutions, production equipment & beyond
  • Revenue forecasting, pipeline discipline, and performance cadences that inspire confidence up the chain

  • The ability to develop senior sellers who've heard every pitch - and find new angles anyway
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; demonstrated performance always speaks louder

What's In It For You

  • Highly competitive base salary + performance bonus tied to the metrics you control
  • Full benefits: medical, dental, and vision
  • Real advancement - a growing company where strong leaders move up
  • A family-oriented culture that is loyal to the people who deliver results
  • 50 years of brand equity and client trust working in your favor from day on

Expected target earnings is 150-250kย
