Overview
Summary: Responsible for working closely with contact administrators and engineering personnel to design a reliable, yet, cost efficient manufacturing processes to meet customer final product requirements by performing the following duties.

  • Analyzes and develops planning from customer requirements.
  • Establishes Product Configuration Control Information (PCCI).
  • Creates Bill of Material (BOM) for each individual product.
  • Plans sequence of manufacturing processes.
  • Identifies planned operation support requirements.
  • Maintains and/or upkeeps planning database.
  • Reviews customer change notifications and updates accordingly.
  • Produces accurate and detailed working instructions to achieve efficient process flow.
  • Participates in the improvement process by documenting process changes in planning.
  • Proposes feasible solutions for future overall process improvements.
