As our Maintenance Manager, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring our plant, property, and equipment are always in top shape. You'll lead the charge on continuous improvement using our business tools and processes, keeping them on track to meet production goals and exceed customer expectations.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Oversee building projects, renovations, and keep our equipment running smoothly.
  • Manage a team of talented maintenance technicians.
  • Be the point person for building vendors and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Leverage your expertise in mechanical systems, PLCs, and CMMS to diagnose and solve problems.
  • Champion continuous improvement through strategic budgeting and data analysis.


We're looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years' experience as a maintenance manager in manufacturing or warehousing.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and PLCs.
  • Experience with CNC machinesโ€”lathes and mills.
  • Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Experience leading and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
