The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor will lead a skilled team of 6-10 members in maintaining luxury apartment properties. Reporting to the Facilities Director, this role involves overseeing maintenance planning, quality control, and safety compliance while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient vendor coordination. The supervisor will manage budgets, schedules, and inventory using CMMS software and other tools, with limited on-call emergency availability expected.

Responsibilities
