Job description

This 19 hours per week position is for building and lawn maintenance.


Primary Job Duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Building maintenance and repair within the agency as needed, both inside and outside
  • Lawn, sidewalk, and parking lot maintenance
  • Cleaning and painting, as needed, inside and outside
  • Assist with agency vehicles. Cleaning, working with designated staff to schedule and get regular maintenance completed.
  • Assist in obtaining needed building and maintenance supplies as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid Kansas driver's license with favorable record
  • Background void of issues related to abuse or neglect
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High School diploma or equivalent; or 3 years of relevant job experience required.
