We are seeking an experienced part-time Maintenance Technician for an onsite property near Belton, MO. The part-time Maintenance Technician is responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects at their assigned association and work with the full-time maintenance technician. This position requires interaction with colleagues, homeowners, vendors, and the Association Board of Directors.

General Maintenance Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Routine Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of common areas.
  • Repairs: Addressing repair requests from maintenance or onsite manager and promptly resolving issues related to common areas.
  • Grounds keeping: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as the pavilion, doggie stations, and docks.
  • Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Applicants Must:

  • Have previous Maintenance experience
  • Handyman/ Porter skills
  • Be professional, organized and self-motivated
  • Be able to work independently with little supervision
  • Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4-8 hours per day
  • Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Be able to work in variable weather conditions
  • Possess general computer skills
  • Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
