Part-Time Maintenance Person Needed
55+ Manufactured Home Community

We are seeking a part-time maintenance person to join our team in a 55+ manufactured home community.

Schedule:

  • 30 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work outdoors
  • Valid driver’s license required

Basic skills needed in:

  • Painting
  • Pressure washing
  • Tree trimming
  • Weed control
  • Basic plumbing
  • Event setup
  • Minor cleaning

Additional qualifications:

  • Pool knowledge is helpful
  • Must be willing to become CPO certified
