This is an entry level job that allows new team members to build knowledge, gain experience, and gain responsibilityย onย a technically diverse team.ย Part Time Maintenanceย Tech works with all otherย Noble Viewย staff toย maintainย AMCโ€™s Noble View Outdoor Center. Desired skills for Seasonal Techs include basic trade skillsย including butย not limitedย to;ย carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, basic mechanics, and general maintenance. Theย Part Time Maintenance Technician willย averageย 13-16ย hours per week to complete tasks as needed on property.ย ย 

Whatย youโ€™llย be doing at AMCย 

ยท Work under limited direction to perform basic carpentry, maintenance, and other construction assignments.ย 

ยท Understand and help troubleshoot all facility systems including, but not limitedย to:ย propane, potable water, wastewater, fire/ smoke detection, low voltage DC electrical, and solid waste.ย 

ยท Competency with power tools is necessary to safely complete carpentry, maintenance, and other construction assignments.ย 

ยท Contribute in a positive manner in a team-oriented approach to completing assignments. Maintainย positiveย attitude with other employees living and working in close proximity.ย 

ยท Contribute toย maintainingย orderly jobsite and sanitary living conditions on projects in remote locations with limited amenities.ย 

ยท Allย Maintenanceย Tech members are expected to work within safe guidelines and industry parameters toย insureย safe project worksites, facilities, and practices. It is critical that Seasonal Techs recognize, practice, and teach safe work habits.ย

ยท Physical Abilities required: ability to perform physical tasks, travel for work and live on job sites with limited amenities.ย

Salary range: $19-$20/hr (13+ hours/week)
