As a Maintenance Director you are critical in maintaining all internal and external aspects of the facility and grounds. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon by overseeing and supervising all aspects of the maintenance department, ensuring the facility and grounds meet all related safety codes and ensuring that equipment and systems maintenance schedules are monitored and followed. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of experience working in a facility maintenance capacity. Five (5) years of prior Maintenance Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and an associate’s degree in Construction Technology or similar field is preferable.
