**Summary:** 

The Maintenance Director plays a crucial role in managing the facility's daily and preventative maintenance program. This hands-on position includes overall inspection, repair, and general maintenance of interior and exterior areas. The Maintenance Director supervises and supports the maintenance staff, ensuring they deliver efficient, timely, and competent maintenance services. 

**Requirements of the Maintenance Director:** 

- 3-5 years experience as a Maintenance leader in a healthcare facility 

- Working knowledge of the operations and maintenance of water heaters, HVAC units, and kitchen equipment 

- Strong team player

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Maintenance Director:**
