Our team moves fast, operates with precision, and takes pride in the quality of everything we put out — including our internal operations.

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Mailroom Manager to oversee all incoming and outgoing mail and package operations at our 9th Avenue headquarters. This is a hands-on, full-time role that keeps our office running smoothly. You'll be the central hub for shipments, samples, and correspondence across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries in a timely manner
  • Process and prepare outgoing domestic and international shipments via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL
  • Manage shipping accounts, track deliveries, and resolve any carrier issues or discrepancies
  • Coordinate sample and product shipments with the design, sales, and merchandising teams
  • Maintain an organized and clean mailroom environment
  • Log and track all incoming and outgoing items using internal systems or logs
  • Handle confidential business correspondence with discretion
  • Manage mailroom supply inventory (postage, packing materials, labels, etc.) and reorder as needed
  • Operate postage meters, label printers, and other mailroom equipment
  • Support office operations and administrative staff with ad hoc shipping and receiving needs

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a mailroom, shipping/receiving, or logistics role (corporate or fashion/wholesale environment a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with major carrier platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-directed — you own your space
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, internal portals)
  • Experience in a fashion, wholesale, or product distribution company is a bonus
