Job description

Couple Seeking a Live-In Housekeeper for their two Residences, Longboat Key, Florida and Wichita, Kansas.

Position: Live-In Housekeeper, Monday-Friday
Schedule: Longboat Key, Florida, (November - Early June)
Wichita, Kansas (June - End of October)
9:00 am - 5:00pm,with flexibility as needed for occasional later evenings or weekends.
Salary: The family will guarantee a weekly salary based on a 40 hour week @ $50 per hour, depending on experience, flexible for the right fit.
Paid Time Off: Vacation: 2 weeks, (1 week taken in Florida, 1 week in Kansas),
Federal holidays, sick days.
Health insurance options, 401K
Accommodations: In FL and Kansas: Private Entrance, Private Apartment
Start Date:As soon as the right candidate is found.
Relocation:The candidate will still maintain their own residence, however, the couple will consider assistance for the right candidate.
About the Family
The couple shares time between their two residences located in Longboat Key, Florida, and Wichita, Kansas. They value an energetic seasoned professional who is polite, meticulous, and able to follow directions. Both principals enjoy cooking so cooking is not required for the position.
The couple is looking for a flexible candidate who can join them and their beloved pet in each location.
Home Size: Florida, 10k square foot ; Kansas, 8k square foot

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a meticulous, tidy, and organized environment in both locations
  • Laundry
  • Support occasional later evenings or weekend, as needed if entertaining (additonal pay, over 40 hours)
  • Errands, as needed

The candidate will assist with all housekeeping duties, including maintaining order and organization, and a smooth operational household. Requirements

  • Previous long term experience in a large estate or home (8k+ sqare feet)
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Minimum of 2 references required
  • Background: Background checks upon offer of hire
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
