Job Description
Job Overview
Live-in Domestic Couple to care for lovely estate home and grounds on the Main Line near Philadelphia. Free one bedroom apartment with full kitchen on grounds of estate home.
Handle daily tasks with high energy in a friendly, discreet, manner. Be proactive to automatically determine what needs to be done and actively follow through to complete tasks. Provide seamless operation of home to ensure all household needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks. Flexibility to go the extra mile when needed to get the job done.
Provide detailed oriented, full housekeeping. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean bathrooms. Care for fine furniture, china, silver, artwork, antiques, and high end stone surfaces. Replenish household supplies. Grocery shop.
Maintain estate grounds- cut grass and shrubs, edging, and plant flowers. Manage and inspect outdoor facilities. Keep outdoor areas swept and clean including porches, patios, and pool furniture. Ensure grounds are welcoming to visitors.
