Growing estate planning, probate, and elder law practice seeks an experienced attorney to join our team. Available duties include:

Location

Sherman, Texas

  • Counseling clients and designing estate plans
  • Drafting estate planning and probate documents
  • Analyzing decedents’ estates
  • Preparing estate tax returns
  • Handling probate litigation
  • Designing Medicaid qualification plans and assisting with applications
  • Direct client contact
Requirements
  • Member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas (or the ability to become admitted in one year)
  • Juris Doctor degree from accredited US law school
  • An LLM or Board Certification as a specialist in tax, estate planning or elder law is helpful but not required
  • The ideal candidate will have several years' experience in estate planning, probate, trust/estate administration or elder law practice
  • Committed to live in Sherman, Texas area
