This is the operational backbone of a high-producing team - the person who keeps every transaction on track, every deadline hit, and every client feeling taken care of.
If you're a licensed professional who loves systems, thrives on checklists, and takes pride in being the one who never lets a ball drop, we want to meet you. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with agents who have 25+ years of Central Texas expertise, in an office that runs on precision and genuine care for clients. • Active Texas real estate license required
• Prior experience as a transaction coordinator, real estate assistant, or in a real estate operations role required

• Comfortable with real estate technology: MLS, CRM, transaction management, eSign, and Google Workspace
