Keystone Empire Holdings is looking for a full-time Real Estate Manager to join the team!
SUMMARY: We are seeking a hands-on, high-impact Real Estate Manager to help oversee and manage a growing portfolio of commercial and healthcare properties, including hospitals, surgery centers, medical office buildings, clinical facilities, and Class A office assets, as well as multifamily investments. This is not a traditional property management role-you will be responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, and long-term asset value in close partnership with executive leadership. The ideal candidate has an ownership mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of multiple commercial and/or residential properties across various locations.
  • Oversee property maintenance, inspections, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements, company policies, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers, including insurance documentation.
  • Support lease administration activities including renewals, amendments, terminations, assignments, and tenant communications.
  • Conduct regular property visits to assess conditions, operational standards, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Partner with accounting teams on rent collections, reconciliations, CAM charges, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and expense controls.
  • Analyze financial reports, variances, occupancy trends, and operating performance metrics.
  • Assist with acquisition, disposition, and transition activities for new or existing properties.
  • Respond to tenant concerns and resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate property records, contracts, certificate of insurance and related documentation, and compliance files.
  • Recommend operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support emergency response planning and risk management efforts.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding portfolio performance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of property management principles, real estate operations, and lease administration.
  • Understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and asset management practices.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal property regulations and safety standards; prior healthcare real-estate experience with medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, or clinical facilities preferred.
  • Knowledge of vendor management, contract administration, and project coordination; Hands-on experience with Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, or similar property-management platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly between property locations.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Four (4) years of commercial property or real estate management experience and multi-site locations
  • Professional certifications such as CPM, RPA, CCIM, or real estate license preferred
  • Healthcare real estate experience preferred
  • Texas driver's license

BENEFITS:
  • 3 Medical Plans
  • 2 Dental Plans
  • 2 Vision Plans
  • Employee Assistant Program
  • Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plan
  • 401(k) with a 2-year vesting
  • PTO + Holidays

Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Employment for this position is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
